Gold in cow's milk!!
Gir Cow is the divine living being that has a Surya ketu-Nadi (vein connected to sun) in the hump, passing through her backbone. Desi cow has a big hump on its back! In which there is Suryaketu pulse, which leaves the effect of gold in its milk as soon as it comes in contact with the sun's rays. Due to which the golden elements are absorbed in cow's milk.Therefore the cow’s milk, butter & ghee has golden hue(yellowness).
Surya Ketu Nadi
Cows were beneficiaries of the auspicious rays from all the constellations of heaven. Thus it includes all constellations influences. The milk, butter and ghee of the cow therefore have a golden hue. This is because Surya ketu Nadi produces gold salts in her blood when interacting with solar rays. These salts are found in the other body fluids of the cow's milk and cow that miraculously cures many diseases. Ancient scripture states that the nerve of "Suryaketu" on the back of the cow absorbs harmful radiation and purifies the atmosphere.
